Save $801. Yes, really. As of May 26 the 75-inch Hisense U7 Mini LED is $1,198 at Amazon. Forty percent off. That is its lowest price ever. Even beats the Memorial Day discount by a buck.
It feels weird. Spring usually means markdowns on last year’s tech once the new stuff hits the floor. A brand new 2026 model dropping 40 percent so soon? Strange. Hisense doesn’t care though. This is the best deal of the season so far.
So what did they change for 2026? Not much. Mostly refinements.
They added a better anti-glare coating. Overhead lights don’t ruin the view anymore. The AI processor is faster now too. It reads the scene and fixes color or contrast on the fly. Underneath it remains the same beast you knew from before: 165Hz refresh, 2.1.2-channel Dolby Atmos audio, and up to 3000 nits of brightness. The Google TV with Gemini is still the interface.
Is it perfect? Maybe not. Is it good enough? Definitely.
Hisense claims the U7 delivers performance usually locked behind higher price tags. We tend to agree. It’s a brand that respects the budget without killing quality. A 75-inch Mini LED set. Premium features. Under $1200.
Whichever way you look at it it is a massive win. Why are they doing this? Probably to clear space or grab market share. The price isn’t coming back up any time soon.
Do you think 2027 will be cheaper? Or will they finally raise the floor?
Who knows. Grab the U7 now if the price matters to you. We are still figuring out the rest. 📺
