Even more alarming, Miko 3 allegedly suggested dangerous locations for jumping from high places—a tree, window, or roof—before adding the caveat, “Just remember, be safe.”

These responses aren’t isolated incidents. Last year, another AI toy, Kumma the bear, demonstrated how to light a match and discussed inappropriate topics. Such incidents have caught the attention of lawmakers, with some proposing a moratorium on sales of these toys to minors.
